Lucas Martinez, MBA
Founder & General Manager
Agronomist, Plant Protection Specialist, and MBA holder, Lucas brings two decades of experience in the Agricultural Technology sector, including 15+ years in field agronomy and 6+ years in international business functions. His expertise spans field operations, market development, sales, and marketing, from local to global levels.
Throughout his career, Lucas has conducted business in 54 countries, leading 46 successful launches of products, programs, or services. His work has generated, to date, approximately USD 157 million in incremental businesses, on top of previously existent operations.
Passionate about agriculture technology and experienced in crop input markets, Lucas possesses strong acumen in global business operations, asset management, and business development, promoting business integration worldwide — always with all hands on deck.
